A small API, on purpose.

Send a public URL, choose a viewport, and read an image back. That is the whole product. The homepage does this now, and a verified key can call the same route.

    Post a URL

    One JSON body to /api/screenshots on this website. The viewport is a name such as desktop, not a width and height.

  2. 02

    Pick a viewport

    Presets are Desktop 1280×720, Tablet 768×1024, and Mobile 390×844. Custom sizes are planned, not promised as a finished contract.

  3. 03

    Read the image

    PNG or JPG bytes are the response. The homepage shows that image in the window above the request example.

Take a screenshot from Node.js. It uses the same route and checks the response before saving the file.

Beta

Free beta now. Paid plans coming January 1, 2027.

The beta allowance is 100 screenshots per month for a verified account, with no credit card. The homepage demo is limited separately. Sign in to verify an email and create an API key. DataTuber will not collect payment before January 1, 2027.
